  • Loyalty & Transactional Data: Information related to the Privilege Wallet, including loyalty balances and transaction history within the dealership ecosystem.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and usage patterns collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies to optimize platform performance.

  • To provide and maintain the CDES platform and its core functionalities.
  • To automate service reminders, marketing communications, and feedback requests via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.
  • To manage and track loyalty points and rewards through the Privilege Wallet.

  • Dealership Systems: We may integrate with your existing Dealership Management Systems (DMS) to sync customer and service records.
